Been a few days, but here's a series I did in the office...

Some people like having exotic pets...


But when they encounter strange circumstances they can become unpredictable:


and they can turn on you...


If only there was someone to save her!


After a long fight the mysterious stranger was victorious!


And of course found time to pose for photos and autographs...

A couple of older photos.

I took this in...hmm...90-something while on vacation somewhere, I can't really remember, Spain maybe?



Even older...I took this in fall of '87 at Lawrence University. Dizzy came to play with the jazz band and I took this during the rehearsal. Then the negative sat undeveloped for years until I took up photography and had equipment to develop the film and make the print. I was surprised the negatives were still in decent condition.

Well, it's only been a few months...
